I live in Granite Bay, California with my husband, two French Bulldogs, and our blended family of 4 boys. I am an experienced, educated social worker turned certified fitness and nutrition coach with a passion for helping the busy, sometimes overcommitted human being reach and maintain their nutrition goals.

Erika does not resort to gimmick diets. You get a balanced diet plan which she will modify over time based on your feedback on hunger, performance and recovery and based on how the scale responds.
